Persson Lasse

Lasse Persson has during almost three decades taken assignments as Animation Director, Animator and Storyboard Artist in Sweden, Denmark and Canada. First and foremost at Pennfilm Studio in Malmö, Sweden, where he, for instance, has directed “Little Ghost Laban” and “Little Anna and the Tall Uncle”. Moreover Lasse Persson has through his own company Swedish Ecstasy Film made Indie Animated Shorts as “Bikini” ( Panorama Short Film Award, Berlinale 2005 ) and “Hand in Hand” ( Best Animation 1996, Bilbao Short Film Festival ). 2013 he was given “Premio Maguey Award for his path as Cult Film Director” at Guadalajara International film Festival, Mexico. Jury member in 2016 Hiroshima International Animation film Festival.Changeable in appearance – sometimes male, sometimes female.
